OBJECTIVES
ForgeRock approached Covered Speakers Bureau in February 2022 to help plan and manage their first UK conference in June 2022.
The client’s main objective for holding the conference was to bring their sales, marketing and technical team together from across the globe in one inclusive space and host a combination of external and internal speaker sessions.
OVERVIEW
The conference was hosted on a bespoke event website created by ForgeRock and was set across two days with twenty speaker sessions running in two concurrent streams.
As well as the speaker session streams, the event map also included other features of interest to increase the participant experience.
The events team at ForgeRock wanted a memorable headline keynote speaker that could talk about customer experience and customer service in order to drive revenue growth throughout the organisation.
Adam at Covered Speakers Bureau suggested Alex Hunter, the former Head of Online Marketing Manager at Virgin Atlantic and expert on consumer behaviour and customer experience.
RESULTS
Our client was delighted with the success of the conference and Covered Speakers Bureau received the following feedback:
