Here at Covered Speakers Bureau, we helped Xero Accounting Software with their flagship event in London.

Xerocon invites Xero’s top clients for an exciting 2-day conference which features an array of keynote speakers to listen to and music to dance to in the evenings.

Covered helped Xero with the MC & Host, comedian Sue Perkins, keynote speaker Deborah Meaden as well as the entertainment for the fantatsic event.

In other words , Covered provided Xero the full package!

Xero is a brand brilliantly disrupting the world of accountancy and Xerocon LONDON is its flagship event in Europe, growing every year.

Why did you come to the Covered Speakers Bureau, what were you struggling to achieve?

Our event management company, INVNT, were asked by our client and accounting software company Xero to help them secure a recognizable host/presenter for their annual partner conference Xerocon.

Xerocon is like a festival for accountants and bookkeepers who are partners of Xero in Europe.

The event runs alongside Xerocon Sydney, Australia which is a similar event and where the company was originally founded.

The Xero events team wanted to freshen things up for 2022 and they wanted our MC host/presenter to not only introduce keynote speakers onto the stage during the day but also to be funny at the same time.

We asked Adam and his team to provide us with some nice ideas for hosts and presenters – we wanted a female host this year.

Adam came up with several nice options which he kindly shared with Xero – their team eventually decided on Sue Perkins, the well know British comedian, actor, author and producer.

Sue was the ultimate professional when – we asked her to come in the day before the 2-day conference to do a 2-hour rehearsal which she

Adam coordinated this all for us effortlessly meaning that everything went so smoothly for us.

We are continuing our great working relationship with him and we call upon him to suggest speaker and host ideas for our other client projects and events that we work on.
