Dr. Olivier Oullier, is a multifaceted neuroscientist, entrepreneur, investor, and educator, renowned for his pioneering work in neurotechnology and artificial intelligence.

As the co-founder and leader of Inclusive Brains, he has made significant strides in developing AI’s first Neural Foundation Model for inclusivity. In 2023, Oullier co-initiated the Assistive Tech & Artificial Intelligence for Inclusion Impact Initiative alongside other Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum.

This initiative aims to bolster tech-based inclusion in education and workplaces, demonstrating Oullier’s commitment to leveraging technology for social good.

In his role as Chairman of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence by Biotech Dental and as the former President of EMOTIV, Oullier has made substantial contributions to the field of neurotechnology.

Oullier’s academic career is equally impressive. He is a Full Professor of Behavioral and Brain Sciences at Aix-Marseille University and has held positions at prestigious institutions like Oxford and Geneva Universities.

His influence extends into public policy, evidenced by his role as director of the Neuroscience and Public Policy Program at the French Prime Minister’s Center for Strategic Analyses and his contributions to advisory panels in France and for the European Commission.
