Su has held numerous board positions with Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), where she has curated future readying learning programs.

She was twice awarded the Global Award, by both YPO MENA and YPO International, for Best Full Family Program and Best Spouse/Partner Full Program across 450 chapters globally. Su has served on the YPO Dubai Board, the Middle East North Africa Regional Executive Board, and the Parenting Network of the Young Presidents’ Organization.
